Edward Wolverton is an artist- and authored International poet living in the Silicon Valley. [ San Jose, California ]  Edward has recieved an award of commendation for an art gallery showing for the city of Milpitas, California in January of 2005.

 Edward has been a featured artist in several on line magazines, and has several art gallery showings on line. Edward is also a member of several art meetup clubs in the San Francisco bay area. Edward is also a published artist, with a twenty volume set of art books at lulu.com

Edward Wolverton was born in Richmond, California in 1952, and has lived in many cities of California while growing up, and graduating high school in Hilmar, California in 1971, where he enlisted into the US Army during the Viet Nam era, and was stationed in Nato Forces Europe, patrolling the Iron curtain/ being a tank commander with the 3/7th Cavalry, Custer's famed hard luck unit. Edward, in his later years, was a machine shop juorneyman machinist- auto cumputer programmer for 17 years, having to retire from a heart condition, and picked up on his painting, and writing as a means of health therapy.
