Through this painting I've expressed inner turmoil and related emotions. The female here has already got submerged in the pain and agony of her past, represented and reflected by the blue colour all around her face. A bit of her body reflection can be seen in the few strokes below her face. However, it seems that part of her has accepted the fate and is closed to the world whereas part of her is still struggling and trying to put across her innermost feelings from the eye that is still open. However, she isn't saying anything from her mouth but her eyes are screaming aloud for help.
