This painting depicts the raw power of the melting snow, as it crashes off cliffs and rocks and makes it way toward the valley floor. Since I am a Colorado born native, I have enjoyed many scenes like this. To capture the power and beauty of this waterfall, was quite a challenge! My ability to paint moving water is one skill I have mastered over 35 years as an artist , and you will agree I did it here!
