I have a friend that rode a giant Manta Ray back in the 70s. I January of this year, I finally carved a Manta with a skin diver riding on it's back. I had it cast in bronze and had molds made. The original casting is 21" x 21" x 9" tall. The patina is off black for the manta, jet black for the diver and blue for the base and arms. The base is ripples in the sand on the bottom of the ocean. The arms that hold up the manta are very organic and curved. I'm asking $5000 for the original and $2000 per numbered copies. It is mounted on solid oak with a nameplate and is signed by me in the bronze with the date 2016.
