Oil on canvas 20" by 16". Shows 2 groups of children one from Victorian times and one from the 1930's. What's in common is that both groups lived in poverty. Both are in the environment of a run down apartment dating from Victorian times. The intent is to show the never ending cycle of poverty that exists in even the wealthiest countries today as it has in the past. Poverty in prerpetuity.
