This painting depicts the peaceful setting of bubbling brook,deep in the canopy of the forest, amid the golden glow of the aspens. The water dances it's way through, creating a path of light , an obscrue tunnel in the fiolage. I set out to capture the special feeling of solitude, as if I were the first person to see this. I employed special texture in the foreground rocks so you can almost hear the water tumbling over them!
