I have been painting oil on canvas or board for nearly twenty years and have recently began painting water color.  I paint mostly landscapes, marine scenes, garden scenes, and still lifes in a realist style with an impressionistic flair.  I am known for using thick textured paint for certain areas of my paintings to create the feeling that you can walk into the painting.

I an a member of Oil Painters of America, several local art leagues and several galleries show my work.
